Account deletion
Delete your account anytime in Account settings (sign in required), or email support@mydojospace.com from your registered address. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed vs retained at participating dojos.
Payments & billing disputes
Membership and visit charges are agreements between you and the dojo. Contact the dojo first for refunds or billing questions. If you cannot reach them, email us with your dojo name and payment date—we will help escalate.
Dojo owners — claim & onboarding
To claim a listing or onboard Stripe payouts, use Claim a dojo or email support@mydojospace.com with your academy name and proof of ownership.
