Privacy Policy

Dojo Mojo ("we", "us") operates the dojo discovery and management platform at app.mydojospace.com. This policy describes what we collect, why we use it, and your choices—including account deletion.

• Account data: email, name, profile photo (optional), belt/size preferences, phone and emergency contact when you provide them.
• Dojo & membership data: enrollments, schedules, membership status, attendance/check-in where enabled.
• Payments: we do not store full card numbers. Stripe and Stripe Connect process payments; we store payment metadata (amounts, status, Stripe IDs).
• Identity verification (optional): government ID images uploaded for student/special membership tiers. Images are stored privately and reviewed by your dojo. Verified text fields may be retained for audit after images are purged.
• Messages: direct messages between members and dojo staff where messaging is enabled for onboarded dojos.
• Device data: push notification tokens if you opt in; standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security.

We use data to run discovery, schedules, memberships, payments, messaging, and dojo-owner tools; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

• Participating dojos see member data relevant to their academy (membership, attendance, messages).
• Processors: Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (media), hosting and email providers as needed to operate the service.

Identity document images are purged after verification plus a retention period, or immediately when you delete your account. Membership and payment records at dojos may be kept longer where required for operations or Japanese financial record-keeping.

You may delete your account in the app under Account settings or email support@mydojospace.com. Deletion anonymizes your app profile, purges identity images, and pauses memberships in the app. Dojo operators may retain anonymized operational records separately.

Dojo Mojo（道場マップ・会員管理プラットフォーム）は、アカウント情報、会員・スケジュール情報、 Stripe経由の決済メタデータ、（任意の）本人確認書類、メッセージ、プッシュ通知トークンなどを サービス提供・不正防止・法令遵守のために利用します。カード番号の全文は保持しません。

アカウント削除はアプリ内のアカウント設定またはsupport@mydojospace.comから可能です。削除後も道場の運営・法令上必要な記録が残る場合があります。
